Iraqi armor battled Coalition forces with Soviet-built T-72 and Chinese-built T-55 & T-59 tanks. Iraqi armor traveling in daytime was extremely vulnerable to marauding Coalition air power. Even travel by night is dangerous due to allied night vision technology.
