Front nose panel lines drawn with drafting pencil, purple paint masking tape used as linear guide. Purple tape used since it has the least adhesive strength compared to Blue and Beige masking tapes, thus avoided tape from peeling paint off resin surface.
Athena main hull sections assembled - painted - weathered - detailed, now ready for port / starboard engine nacelle mounting
Port and starboard engine nacelles secured to hull via Plummer's Glue and Superglue.
Plummer's glue has strong adhesive strength to resin surface. One could also mix epoxy as glue source, but Plummer's Glue easier to use since it comes in squeeze tube.
Superglue used to seal up any small openings between resin part and Plummer's Glue.
Hangar bays, hull crevices, window slits painted with drafting ink liner, then repainted with black enamel paint wash.
Model underside, paint wash with Testor Dark Earth and Black.
