Einzelkampfer is the German military term meaning Single Fighter. It refers to WW2 tank-hunting soldiers, also projecting imager of self-reliance, initiative, endurance, and perseverance against great odds.

These hunters are usually armed with Panzerfausts (literally meaning Tank Fist), which was a one-shot throw-away anti-tank grenade launcher.
