7.4 ) Structure
Structures add depth, dimensions, and enhanced story-plot to the overall model - diorama - vignette. These items can be either purchased from After-Market kits or custom-built. Common materials used include plaster, wood, and plastic.
Wood #1 Sample : Pier construction gives this German Blohm & Voss BV-138 seaplane added appreciation to its oceanic surroundings.

Wood #2 Sample : Balsa wood construction of battle-torn two-story building provides excellent background for action-posed diorama scenes.

Leggo Sample : Plastic leggo snap-together blocks can be conveniently used to form basic structures. Once completed, its surface can be layered with the desired look-and-feel.

Foamboard Sample : Foamboard provides a solid backing for scaled building construction when compared to hard cardboard or poster paper. Materials are cut-to-size, secured with pins, glued for setting, and prepared for painting.
